We are back from Taiwan...
We are home from Taiwan. Landon did pretty well in Taiwan this time for the most part. A big problem was his sleep schedule. Even when he did sleep most of the night his body still thought it was sleep time during the day so he had lots of tears and whining. A huge new adjustment top a sister that came wit lots of issues. so on top of him getting used to having another child that needs mommy and daddy in the house, he also had to get used to the abuse that Liberti came with. He had been paranoid and on edge alot the first 2 weeks but the third week did much better although so did she. he picked p alot of sissy's bad habits as a way of reacting to his new life as younger brother to a new sister and one of 2 children in our house. Over all I think that he is doing much better and in time I think that can only improve for both thte kids. When Liberti's school scedule kicks back off we will have Mommy and Landon time which he desperately needs right now. He has regressed to beign an infant half the time wanting begging for diapers and binky during the day. It makes me very sad that my baby is having such a hard time right now. Still I am working hard at lettign him know how much we still love him and that we have enough love for both our children. Of course at 3 how much can he understand that even if he acts 5? We know that we will look back one day and have only find memories no matter how hard it is right now. We are still very happy that Landon went with us to Taiwan and that he was able to see so much of Taiwan. Way more than he had in his life of living there obviously for almost 2 years. It was wonderful to visit SLC and see the many people who had cared for him and loved him during his stay there. They played with him alot and showered him with love and gifts which was really nice. We love them and they will all hold such a very special place in our hearts. To view Landon's sisters blog go here: http://findingliberti.blogspot.com/ As we work though the next few months we will need your support and prayers for our family and everyone in it. We pray that we all find peace, healing and the kids find their placement happily. We are so lucky to have them both in our lives and family and we truly know we are blessed to have such a support system. Thank you all.
